Here at FPC, we make all of our signs to order! This process includes designing, cutting, rolling, welding, painting, and powder coating your fire pit and/or accessories. Depending on how many orders we're getting, this can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks. If you haven't received any updates beyond an order confirmation, don't fret; your fire pit is in the works! You'll be sent tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our building or be notified as soon as it is ready for pick up!

Our fire pits are made of 11 gauge mild steel which is very durable and heavy! We then paint our fire pits with a heat resistant spray paint to protect from potential rusting, but please note that this paint will come off over time and with use so we recommend re coating your fire pit as needed.

Made a mistake? We're here to help! We allow for changes or edits to be made to your order for a window of 24 hours after placing the order (or the following business day if ordered on a weekend or holiday). After this time period, your fire pit has began to be processed already and we may not be able to make further edits for you. If you need an edit made, please call us during business hours at 1-888-439-2010 and let us know what you need help with. Calling will ensure your request is addressed sooner rather than later, as we can receive hundreds of emails in a single day! 

Please note: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to input the correct information, spelling, and grammar. FirePitsCanada is not liable for incorrect information input by the buyer. Any requests for adjustments must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping will depend on where you are located and what items you are interested in having shipped. You can add items to your cart and enter your shipping information to receive an immediate shipping quote before proceeding with your purchase.

Yes, we love custom work! If you have a specific request, please fill out our custom contact form, or send us an email at contact@firepitscanada.com.

To expedite the process, please include the following information in your request if possible:

• The size of fire pit you are interested in
• The imagery and/or text you would like included
• Any other items such as base, pedestal, lid, cover, grill, pokers, etc.
• Any other relevant details

As we're a very small company and receive dozens of requests a day, please allow for 2-5 business days for a reply. If you need something sooner, please give us a call at 1-888-439-2010.

We're proud to be a fully Canadian company! All of your orders are processed and manufactured at our location in Kitchener, ON. 

The majority of our business is done via e-commerce, but we do have a manufacturing location that customers are welcome to visit. It isn't a typical storefront, but we do often have fire pits on display and occasionally for purchase in our front show room. We also allow for pick-up at this location. If you happen to be visiting, just ring our service bell on the desk and we'll be right with you!

On our website, we offer 24" and 30" diameter fire pits that are all 15" tall. We are able to do other sizes upon request, but please check with your bylaws regarding what is permitted in your area.
